Second Crash Likely to Play a Part in Sentencing

by Administrator 15. October 2009 02:14

According to the Chillicothe Gazette, a July traffic accident is likely to play a part in the sentencing of a man convicted of vehicular manslaughter due to a previous accident.  The 20-year-old man was found guilty of driving negligently and without a license, which resulted in the accident which fatally injured a 36-year-old woman.  The prosecuting attorney pointed out that the July incident involved the underaged man blowing a 0.129 on a blood-alcohol test, saying that it showed the driver constituted a serious risk to society.
