Man hits cop when trying to flee from authorities

A man allegedly hit a police officer and tried to hit other officers when trying to flee from law officials.

Police tried to pull the 19-year-old over when he fled the scene. When driving away, the man hit one police officer in the leg and another had to jump out of the way to avoid being hit. Before the man took off on foot he hit another officer. Soon after police caught him and arrested him. Details on the officer's injuries have not yet been released. The man is charged with two counts of felony assualt, one count of failure to comply to an officer's signal, carrying a concealed weapon, leaving the scene of an accident, reckless operation and driving without a license.
