A Kentucky man died in University of Cincinnati Hospital after being involved in a deadly two-car head-on crash on Tuesday. The cars collided on KY 36, about a mile east of US 25. The man and his wife were in one car, while the other car contained a man and two juvenile passengers. The man and the two children were sent to nearby St. Elizabeth Grant County with non-life threatening injuries. According to police reports, everyone but the woman driving her husband were wearing seat belts.
Alcohol is not believed to have been involved in the incident. The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
