Police are searching for a black vehicle involved in the hit-and-run death of an Ohio man this morning.  The man was clearing debris from a previous crash out of the center lane of Interstate 74 near Colerain Township when the black car hit him and then sped off.  Emergency responders took him to University Hospital, where he sucumbed to his injuries.  Police are continuing their investigation, and have not ruled out drugs or alcohol.
