Two Cincinnati residents were killed and two more were injured after a head-on collision near Knoxville, Tenn.

The accident happened around 4 a.m A 25-year-old was traveling southbound in the northbound lanes on Interstate 75. The vehicle struck another vehicle driven by a 19-year-old Cincinnati teen. The 25-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene. Two people in the in the Cincinnati teen's car also died. The other passenger was taken to the hospital with condtions unknown. It took crews five hours to clear the road.
