OSHA Begins Investigation in Wokrplace Fatality

by Administrator 23. November 2009 04:56

OSHA is beginning its investigation into a workplace accident that resulted in a woman's death.  The accident occurred in the Cincinnati area at 9:30 in the morning at the Pittsburgh Glass Works.  All that is currently known is that the employee was handling equipment when the accident occurred.

OSHA is concerned that the accident may not have had any actual eye-witnesses.  The investigation is expected to take about a month to conduct, although legally OSHA has six months to complete the investigation.
